Gasoline Price is dropping

Across the nation, the price of fuel appears to be dropping.

AAA says the average cost of a gallon of unleaded gas is down to $2.28, and Sunday marked the 53rd straight day for falling gas prices.

AAA reports Alaska still has the highest average price at $3.28 per gallon.

Gas is nowhere near as high in Michiana, where gas prices have frequently been dropping below the $2 mark.
